So the latest update on this insanity is, from Wednesday 20th, every table will close for 15 minutes every 3 hours.Įg, a table that opens at 12pm will close for 15 minutes at 3pm, 6pm, 9pm etc.
They were very clear about the 1/3 removal being here to stay and the mandatory break coming in later this month, however. I have personally asked AMs about all 4 of these, but official announcements haven't been made yet so of course things are subject to change. Obviously take these with a grain of salt, just reporting what I've heard from AMs and rumors from regs + dealers. Not on immediate horizon.Īnd a fresh one: Poker room to move away from 24/7 operation soon - likely to close for some hours super late to early morning during the week (I heard from 4a til mid-morning), and remain open round the clock fri + weekends. Mechanisms still unclear and under discussion for new tables etc, but WILL be happening later in September.ģ) Poker room move to upstairs likely coming at some point, but not for at least some months. Asked multiple staff about these just last week.ġ) No plans to bring back weekend 1/3, casino higher-ups are happy with the results of the changes - seems mainly about freeing up more dealers to deal higher-margin table games during peak.Ģ) Mandatory 15 min breaks after 3 hours of play coming within a couple weeks. Have some general information/rumor updates.
